California Privacy Disclosure

1. California Additional Privacy Disclosure

These California Additional Privacy Disclosures (“CA Additional Disclosure”) supplement our Privacy Policy and only apply to residents of the state of California, USA.  Unless otherwise stated, the terms in this CA Additional Disclosure have the meaning in our Privacy Policy or as otherwise defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).

When we use the term “Personal Information” in this CA Additional Disclosure we mean information that relates to, describes, identifies or is reasonably capable of being associated with or linked directly or indirectly with a particular consumer or household. Personal Information does not include publicly available information, deidentified, aggregated or anonymized information maintained in a form that is not cable of being associated or linked to you, information expressly excluded from the CCPA or information relating to job applicants, contractors, personnel or employees

4. Right to Request Deletion.

Subject to certain exceptions, you may request that we delete the Personal Information that we collected from you. If you request that we delete your Personal Information we or third parties may not be able to provide Services to you.  Additionally, we may need to keep some Personal Information if permitted by law, to complete the Services we or third parties are providing to you, to identify or prevent fraud, illegal activities or security breaches, to comply with legal requirements and for internal or other lawful purposes.

We will need to verify your identity before we can process your request.  To verify your identity and process your request, we may need your Personal Information. In certain situations, we may decline your Right to Know or Right to Request Deletion request, particularly if we cannot verify your identity.

6. Right to Opt-Out.

We do not sell your Personal Information for payment. We do use cookies and share your Personal Information for joint marketing purposes and analytics, which may be deemed as a “sale” under the CCPA.  You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information to third parties now or in the future for monetary or other valuable consideration by clicking the link below and following the instructions here.

To opt-out, you may be required to provide Personal Information so we can comply with your request and can properly identify you in our data system.  If you do not provide such Personal Information, we may only be able to process your request to the extent that we are able to identify you in our data system.  Additionally, if you opt-out, and subsequently change your preferences or disable your cookies on your browser, the opt-out may no longer work.

We may sell your Personal Information in the future to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration if you do not opt-out.  The third parties that we sell your Personal Information to may use the information for their own purposes in accordance with their own privacy policies.  

When you visit our website, we use cookies and similar technology to make certain Personal Information available to certain third party partners to provide services to us, to better enhance your experience on our website, to improve and deliver marketing and promotions and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.  Under California law, this type of sharing of your Personal Information may be deemed a “sale.”

If you are a California resident and have an established business relationship with us, under California’s Shine the Light law (Civ. Code Sec. 1798.83), you may request a list of certain categories of Personal Information that we shared with certain third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year.  You may also request a list of certain third parties that have received your Personal Information from us for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. 8. Non-Discrimination.

You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights described in this California Additional Privacy Disclosure. However, if you exercise the rights described herein and limit our ability to process your Personal Information, we may not be able to provide you with Services or engage with you in the same manner.

You may designate an agent to submit privacy requests on your behalf.  However, for your protection we may require you to verify your identity directly to us before fulfilling such requests and require you to provide sufficient evidence to show that the requestor is your authorized agent.  We will need your agent’s contact information when submitting such requests.

10. Updates To California Additional Privacy Disclosure.

From time to time we may update this California Additional Privacy Disclosure.   When we make such updates, we will change the last updated date at the beginning of these California Additional Privacy Disclosures.



The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides for California residents the right to request that we do not sell your personal information to third parties.  If you desire to exercise this right, please complete this form and submit it to us.  For more information regarding your Do Not Sell My Personal Information Request right, please see our Privacy Policy.  

We may require that you provide to us additional information if we cannot verify your request based on the information you provide to us.  The personal information submitted in connection with this request will be used for the purpose of processing your request.
